Autumn Chase "fun" run

Yep. I love it. We went early which meant everybody ran with the Pre-K/Kindergarten boys group. The girls each got a buddy and I got to watch from the sidelines. Everybody finished, which I started to wonder about with Ally and Joshua, and more importantly, everybody received a free t-shirt.

Swimming

It's another one of those love/hate relationships . . . for me and Hayden! Here is one of the photos I was allowed to take, only because she was too far away to reprimand me for taking out my camera. This is from the meet in Nashville. I'm happy to report that I didn't throw up and she survived the 200 free.

Field Trip

The boys had a field trip to the Botanical Gardens today. It felt more like a zoo.

One with lots and lots and lots of monkeys.

Joshua and his buddy, Cole.

Caleb doing a "Mommy" check.

TROUBLE!!!!

The letter "B"

It was a painful process, but they turned out pretty cute. Maybe next time, I won't get the scissors and the glue stick out at the same time!

Star Wars exhibit

Did you really think Ben would miss it? Did you really think I would let him go alone? I am an inclusive person. So, we loaded up after the half day of school and beat the crowds. We saw "most" of the Space and Rocket Center exhibits, rode some of the rides and then the big FINALE. I think Ben could have lingered there all evening. Unfortunately, the boys were unimpressed with the costumes and the workers were unimpressed with my ability to herd cats. So, we made the most of it, then left.
My children are constantly trying to push pizza and hamburgers on their grandfather. Tonight, he bit. Big Ed's pizza. The kids can kind of claim victory? If that's what you call eating pizza after an hour wait.

At least we're still smiling.

Caleb might be a little frustrated with me.

If I had a nickel for every time they rode this!

Ben scaring Hayden.

Isn't he a cute astronaut?

Is that a 2-headed astronaut?
